HSE Manager – JUB Project – Gdansk/Leba/Wladyslavo

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee overall Health, Safety, and Environmental management for a maritime project. The successful candidate will be responsible for incident investigation, driving learning and quality improvements across the entire project, and managing key HSE activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall HSE Management and Responsibility
  • Oversight of incidents and events to drive learning and quality across the project
  • Liaise with and oversee two advisors on the JUB project, ensuring they provide key activities with a mix of leading and lagging indicators
  • Direct oversight of onshore work
  • Serve as main point of contact for UK HSEQ support
  • Act as main HSE contact with the Client
  • Manage sub-contractor on-boarding processes
  • Conduct project inductions and safety days

Requirements

  • Trained in Incident Investigation
  • Previous onshore GI experience beneficial
  • Must be able to speak Polish and English fluently
  • Must have awareness of Polish laws and regulations
  • Available to work 6 days per week

Work Details

  • Location: Gdansk / Leba / Wladyslavo
  • Duration: June to November with possible extension
  • Work schedule: 6 days per week
