Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bosun for a temporary position on a Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) operating in the Middle East. The role involves leading deck operations and ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of the vessel. This is a contract position starting on 21 April 2026 for a duration of 5 weeks.

Requirements

  • Valid STCW certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bosun on similar vessels
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills

Responsibilities

  • Supervise deck crew and coordinate daily operations
  • Oversee maintenance of deck equipment and machinery
