Description of the position and key functions: An opportunity is offered for the position of 3rd Officer on board a Bulk Carrier, built in Japan in 2015, with a deadweight of 60,000 tonnes. The 3rd Officer will be responsible for supervising and executing daily navigation and safety operations, as well as managing the team and coordinating with the rest of the crew.
Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience in a similar position on bulk cargo vessels. Appropriate certification for the position of Watchkeeping Officer in navigation. Competencies in managing mixed crew and effective communication.
Additional details: The start date is planned for April 27, 2025, with a contract duration of 5+1 months. Employment is at no cost to candidates.
