Description of the position and key responsibilities: The offer is aimed at ordinary seamen and able-bodied seamen (OS/AB) to work on general cargo ships. Responsibilities will include routine ship maintenance tasks, loading and unloading operations, and support in maneuvers, among other functions inherent to the position.
Requirements and qualifications: Candidates from the European Union, Ukraine, or Georgia are sought. Previous experience in similar positions on general cargo ships with a deadweight tonnage (DWT) between 2500 and 5000 will be valued.
Additional details: Estimated start date between May 29, 2025, and June 5, 2025. The contract duration is 4 months, with a possible variation of +/-1 month. The offered salary is £1800 per month.
