Description of the position and key functions: A position is offered for a 4th Engineer on a Bulk Carrier Panamax built in 2007, with a deadweight of 92,710 tonnes, manufactured in South Korea. Key responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of the ship’s machinery under the supervision of the Chief Engineer and Second Engineer.
Requirements and qualifications: Minimum of 12 months experience in the position. Good level of English. Previous experience on similar type of ships.
Additional details: The contract will be for 4 months with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 months. The salary ranges between 3200 and 3500 US dollars or the equivalent in euros.
