Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join the crew of an offshore vessel operating worldwide. This is a permanent contract position with an immediate start date. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading deck operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the vessel’s deck equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bosun on offshore vessels.
- Valid STCW certification (including basic safety training).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise deck crew and coordinate daily deck operations.
- Ensure all deck machinery and equipment are maintained and operational.
- Implement safety procedures and conduct regular safety drills.
- Assist with cargo handling and mooring operations.
- Report directly to the Chief Officer.

Salary: €4,500 per month
Work Location: Worldwide (vessel itineraries vary)
