We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a Multi-Purpose Service Vessel (MPSV) operating in UK waters. This is a temporary contract position for approximately 5 weeks.

Requirements

  • Valid GWO W@H (Global Wind Organization Working at Height) certification
  • Valid FRB (Fast Rescue Boat) certification

Responsibilities

In accordance with STCW regulations, typical Bosun duties include: supervision of deck crew, maintenance of deck equipment, loading/unloading operations, and deck safety responsibilities. On MPSV vessels, these functions are adapted to specialised offshore operations.
