Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for a Captain with experience for an AHTS non-DP vessel in the ADNOC region, United Arab Emirates. The main responsibilities include the safe management and operation of the vessel, focusing on towing activities and anchor handling. The position requires advanced skills in azimuth thruster ships (ASD) and experience in supervising complex maritime operations.
Requirements and qualifications: Minimum experience of 24 to 36 months in the same rank on similar vessels. ADNOC approval mandatory. Experience in AHTS and towing. Preference for experience in vessels with azimuth thrusters (ASD). Preferred maximum age of 57 years with ADNOC approval.
Additional details: One-year contract with 90-day rotations. Immediate incorporation required. Salary of £350 per day.
