The crew is mixed, and the sailing area covers routes worldwide. Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience as a Captain on bulk carriers of similar size and capacity is required. Competencies in leadership, management of multicultural teams, and deep knowledge of international maritime regulations are essential. Previous experience in international navigation will be valued.
