Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join our offshore service vessel fleet operating in European waters, with specific operations in Denmark. This position offers a competitive salary and a balanced work rotation with OSM Thome.
Offer Details
- Salary: €6,000 per month
- Location: Europe (operating on offshore vessels, specifically in Denmark based on context from other offers)
- Contract: 6 weeks on board / 6 weeks on shore rotation

Requirements
- Experience as a Chief Cook on offshore vessels or similar
- Updated STCW certifications

Responsibilities
- Planning and preparation of menus for the entire crew
- Supervision of the galley and stores department
- Compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
- Management of inventories and provisioning orders
- Collaboration with the Chief Mate on logistical aspects

- Seaman’s book
- Maritime medical certificate
- Valid passport
- Culinary specialty certificates (desirable)
