We are seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join the crew of an Offshore Support Vessel. This position requires a skilled professional capable of managing all galley operations and providing high-quality meals for the crew.

Requirements
- Valid Chief Cook certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chief Cook on offshore vessels
- STCW certification (including basic safety training)
- Valid seafarer medical certificate
- Experience with international crew catering requirements
- Ability to manage galley inventory and budgeting
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare all meals for the crew
- Manage galley operations and maintain hygiene standards
- Control food inventory and ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Supervise galley staff (if applicable)
- Maintain galley equipment and report maintenance needs
