Position Overview

Ryan Ship Management Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to work on a DP2 AHTS vessel in Saudi Arabia.

Technical Details

  • Location: Saudi Arabia / ARAMCO
  • Salary: USD 350 per day
  • Contract: 120 days
  • Vessel Type: DP2 AHTS
  • Required Documentation: STCW III/2 COC and DP maintenance certificate
  • Required Training: According to STCW convention, training in machinery management and propulsion systems, as well as DP systems maintenance, is required.

Requirements

A minimum of 24 months of experience as a Chief Engineer on a DP2 AHTS vessel is required. Candidates from various nationalities are accepted, including Azerbaijan, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Egypt, Georgia, Honduras, India, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine, Indonesia, Chile, Ghana, Slovenia, South Africa, and Cameroon.

Responsibilities

According to the international STCW convention, the responsibilities of this position on a DP2 AHTS vessel include overseeing the maintenance and operation of all machinery systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing the engineering team on board, and collaborating in the planning and execution of maintenance and repair operations.
