Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for an Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel (AHTS) Non-DP position within an offshore fleet. This role offers a competitive daily rate and operates on a rotation basis.
Offer Details
- Salary: 380-400 USD per day
- Location: Any location (embarkation in QE LNG operational area – Qatar)
- Contract: Rotation contract
- Vessel Type: Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel (AHTS) Non-DP

- Required Training: Engine officer training with CE certification or higher
- Benefits: Rotation of 6-8 weeks onboard/rest
Requirements
- Experience as Chief Engineer on AHTS vessels
- Certificate of Competency CE or higher
- STCW 10/95 package
- BOSIET
- CA-EBS
- Offshore medical certificate
- English level: Marlins test 85% or higher
- Nationality: Any
Responsibilities
- Supervision and maintenance of the vessel’s engine plant
- Management of the engine department and associated crew
- Compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Coordination with the Captain and other officers for anchor handling and towing operations
