Chief Engineer for Heavy Lift Vessel at Baltic Shipping

This is a crucial role that involves overseeing all engineering systems on board, including managing the 12,000 KW Wartsila engine to ensure optimal performance and compliance with international maritime safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in similar heavy lift vessels, a strong background in maritime engineering, and preferably previous experience with Wartsila engines. Leadership skills and problem-solving abilities are also highly valued for this position.
The selected candidate is expected to start on the 4th of May, 2025, for a 3-month contract with a monthly salary of 10,270 USD. The Bahri vessel, built in 2014, requires a skilled Chief Engineer to maintain its operational efficiency.
