Seacover is looking for an experienced Chief Engineer for a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV DP2) with diesel-electric propulsion and Z drive propulsion system. Key responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of MAN B&W main engines and electric propulsion equipment, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of ABB, Kongsberg, and Rolls Royce equipment on board.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Ukrainian nationality and age limit up to 55 years.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar rank, with background in similar offshore operations.
  • DP Maintenance Certificate.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid documents: Passport, Seaman’s Book, COC/END, and STCW documents.
  • Full vaccination certificates (Yellow Fever, Polio).

Additional details:

  • Daily salary: $350.
  • Operating region: Namibia.
  • Date and place of joining: to be determined after visa issuance.
  • 2 months on board contract with 2 months off.
  • Vessel flag: Liberia.
  • Year of construction: 2014.
  • Crimean residents are not eligible due to owner restrictions.
