Chief Engineer Job Opportunity on Container Ship
Are you a Chief Engineer looking for a new challenge? Marine Man Ltd is currently seeking a Chief Engineer for a container ship with a displacement capacity (DWT) of 85,823 tonnes. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and maintaining all systems in the engine room, ensuring the efficient operation of the vessel during daily activities. Responsibilities include managing the engineering team, planning maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with maritime safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- EU citizenship
- Demonstrable previous experience on vessels with similar characteristics
- Appropriate qualifications for the position of Chief Engineer on merchant ships
- Leadership skills and ability to manage technical resources

- Salary: Between 9,098 and 9,600 EUR
- Contract Duration: 4 months
