Job Description and Key Responsibilities: An opportunity is available for a Chief Engineer position on board a Bulk Carrier registered in the Marshall Islands and built in 2008. The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the main engine Wartsila 6RT-flex50, among other duties inherent to the role. The vessel has a Gross Tonnage (GRT) of 31532 and a Deadweight Tonnage (DWT) of 56678, operating with an engine power of 8890 KW and 11900 BHP.

Requirements and Qualifications: Nationality from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, or Ukraine. Maximum age of 50 years old. Minimum of 2 contracts as Chief Engineer with similar main engines. Cumulative sea service of 2 years as Chief Engineer and Second Engineer. Cumulative sea service on this type of vessel of 3 years as Chief Engineer and Second Engineer.
