WMC LTD is seeking professionals to fill the positions of Chief Officer and Chief Engineer on AHTS/PSV vessels operating in the United Arab Emirates.
Technical Details
- Location: United Arab Emirates
- Salary: $210/day for Chief Officer ($180 + $30 for ADNOC approval) and $270/day for Chief Engineer ($240 + $30 for ADNOC approval)
- Contract: 2 months on board followed by 1 month off (unpaid)
- Vessel Type: AHTS/PSV
- Required Documentation: ADNOC approval
- Necessary Training: Appropriate STCW certification for Chief Officer and Chief Engineer

Requirements
Previous experience in similar positions is required, as well as ADNOC approval to operate in the United Arab Emirates. Experience on AHTS/PSV vessels will be valued.
Responsibilities
Typically, according to the international STCW convention, the responsibilities of the Chief Officer include supervising deck operations, planning navigation, and managing the deck crew. For the Chief Engineer, responsibilities include supervising and maintaining the vessel’s propulsion system and machinery, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and energy efficiency.
