Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Chief Officer on tankers

Responsibilities
- Supervision of loading and unloading operations for petroleum/chemical products
- Responsible for vessel safety and compliance with MARPOL/SOLAS regulations
- Management of deck crew and coordination with the Captain
- Maintenance of deck equipment and safety systems
- Implementation of ISM/ISPS procedures onboard
