Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Officer (First Officer) for a 300,000 DWT Crude Oil Tanker operating on global routes. This is a fixed-term contract position with a leading international tanker fleet.

Offer Details

• Salary: 10,500 – 12,500 USD/month
• Location: International waters (crude oil tanker operating on global routes)
• Contract: Fixed-term contract of 4 months (+1 month optional extension)
• Vessel Type: Crude Oil Tanker, 300,000 DWT, built in 2008
• Hiring Company: S. K. Crewing
• Required Training: Merchant Marine Officer qualification (Degree or equivalent) with specialisation in navigation
• Benefits: 4-month contract with possible +1 month extension, competitive USD salary, experience in international tanker fleet

Requirements

• Valid Officer Certificate (CO)
• Good level of English
• Previous experience on crude oil tankers
• Availability to embark ASAP (as soon as possible)

Responsibilities

• Supervision of deck operations and crude oil loading/unloading
• Responsible for vessel safety and compliance with MARPOL/SOLAS regulations
• Management of deck crew and coordination with the Captain
• Maintenance of deck equipment and loading systems
• Compliance with emergency and pollution procedures

Required Documentation

• Updated Officer Certificate (CO)
• Seaman’s Book
• STCW certificates (including specific tanker training)
• Valid passport
• Medical certificates (including fitness examination for tanker work)
• Updated CV (PDF, RTF, DOC, ODT format, maximum 3 MB)
