Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Officer (First Officer) for a DSV DP2 Support and Subsea Construction Vessel (SAT Dive) operating on projects in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This position offers a competitive daily rate and follows a standard rotation schedule.

• Salary: 450-550 USD per day (subject to interview with the shipowner)

Requirements

Functions

According to STCW, typical Chief Officer functions include: supervision of navigation watch, responsibility for loading/unloading operations, maintenance of deck equipment, management of deck crew and safety responsibilities. On DSV vessels, specific functions for supporting subsea and diving operations are added.

On DP2 vessels, the Chief Officer must have competence in handling the dynamic positioning system for precise operations.
