Aurora Offshore Management AS is seeking a Chief Officer with experience for a relief contract for a single trip of 4 weeks on a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in the North Sea. The joining date is scheduled for the 16th of July 2025. Reporting to the captain, the candidate will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the vessel in accordance with the management system. Additionally, they will be in charge of organizing and conducting safety drills, training and familiarization of the crew and third-party personnel. The role also involves maintaining the deck department and procuring supplies, as well as managing related logbooks and ensuring record-keeping as required by authorities. Moreover, the candidate will be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections on board the vessel, including reporting and handling deviations and non-conformities.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Prior experience as Chief Officer on PSV vessels.
  • Valid STCW documentation, full DP certification.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
