Navis Ship Management is looking for qualified professionals for the position of Chief Officer on an accommodation barge. The role offers a salary of 280 USD per day and requires a contract duration of 60 days. The navigation area is the United Arab Emirates.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
The Chief Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operation of the accommodation barge, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include navigation planning, crew management, and coordination with company management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hold an Unlimited Captain’s License.
- Minimum of 24 months of experience on board as a Chief Officer, including at least 6 months on similar vessels.
- Valid and recognized STCW certificates.
- Seaman’s book with detailed evidence of onboard service.
- Copies of passport and current medical certificate.
- References from previous employers.
- Full vaccination against Covid-19.
Additional Details:
The position is international and located in the navigation region of the United Arab Emirates. A 60-day contract is offered.
