Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are seeking a Chief Officer for a container ship with a deadweight of 8,716 tonnes. Key responsibilities include overseeing loading and unloading operations, maintaining onboard safety, and managing the deck team. Additionally, the candidate is expected to work closely with the captain and other officers in the navigation and daily management of the vessel.
Requirements and qualifications: The ideal candidate must hold citizenship from Ukraine, Lithuania, or Estonia. Previous experience in similar positions and professional qualifications relevant to the maritime sector are highly valued.
