Amergo Group is looking for professionals for the position of cook on an oil tanker with a gross tonnage (GT) between 2800 and 5000. The cook’s responsibilities include preparing daily meals for the crew, ensuring quality and compliance with hygiene standards on board, and managing provisions during the duration of maritime employment.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Previous experience in the role of cook on board ships, preferably in tanker ship operations.
- Good command of English for effective communication on board.
- Experience in bunkering operations will be highly valued.
Additional details:
- Contract duration: 3-4 months.
- Start date: December.
- Salary: £2000 per month.
