Position Overview

Immediate opportunity for a Crane and Gangway Operator to join a CSOV (Construction Support Offshore Vessel) operating in international waters. The initial contract is fixed-term with potential for permanent employment thereafter.

Requirements

• SMST Advanced Operator – TAB Crane Operator Stage 3 certification
• Valid STCW certifications
• Valid medical certificate
• BOSIET / FOET (CA-EBS)
• Marlins Test
• Taiwanese visa or visa waiver
• Demonstrable relevant experience

Functions

• Operation of crane and gangway on CSOV vessel
• Handling of loading and unloading equipment in offshore operations
• According to STCW, typical functions include safe crane operations, basic equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety procedures during maritime operations.
