Crane Operators Needed for Offshore Installation Vessel DP2 – Orca Crew Services – UK
Orca Crew Services B. V. is looking for two Stage 3 crane operators to join their team on board an offshore installation vessel DP2. The anticipated joining dates are 18th March 2025 or 15th April 2025, with a contract duration of 4 weeks.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the crane operator will be to manoeuvre heavy equipment, especially in operations involving lifts with gearboxes, and the exchange of blades and nacelles. Operating in a maritime environment requires precision and experience, especially on an offshore installation vessel DP2.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The candidate must hold the Stage 3 crane operator certificate. A UK Work Permit (UK FWP) or British nationality is required. Accredited experience in managing complex lifts, such as those involving gearboxes and blade and nacelle changes.
