Job Description and Key Functions:
The Deck Officer will be responsible for supervising the daily operations aboard the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficiency in navigation. Key functions include overseeing cargo loading and unloading, monitoring vessel stability, and managing the marine team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 24 months experience in a similar position aboard vessels with similar characteristics. Proficiency in English. Possession of a valid Certificate of Competency (COC) with verification. STCW certification relevant to the position.
Additional Details:
The contract duration is 6 months. The position has a worldwide location, which requires flexibility and availability to work in different locations.
