Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Deckhand (Able Seaman – AB) for a construction vessel operating within UK waters. This is a temporary position with potential for rotation after the initial contract period.

- Salary: 1925 USD/month
- Location: United Kingdom (within 12 nautical miles)

Requirements
- Certificate of Competency (CoC) II/5 for Deckhand (Able Seaman – AB)
- BOSIET (includes CA-EBS)
- GWO Certificates: Sea Survival and Working at Heights
- Valid UK work permit
- Previous experience on construction vessels (preferred)
Responsibilities
- According to STCW, typical Deckhand functions include: navigation watches, manoeuvring, deck maintenance, loading/unloading operations, and support in specific vessel operations
- On construction vessels, participation in offshore operations such as dynamic positioning, crane work, and support for marine construction activities is expected
