Requirements

Responsibilities
- Deck maintenance and cleaning duties
- Support during berthing and unberthing manoeuvres
- Navigation watchkeeping and surveillance
- Maintenance of deck equipment and rigging
- According to STCW, typical functions include: assistance in loading and unloading operations, maintenance of lifesaving and firefighting equipment, and compliance with onboard safety procedures
