Description of the position and key functions: The position of Electrical Engineer on the drilling ship DVD Deep Value Driller involves the responsibility of managing the electronic drilling systems. Candidates must demonstrate previous experience on similar platforms and provide a strong technical knowledge of drilling systems.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar position.
- Specific experience of 2 years on a Saipem platform or 4 years on non-Saipem platforms required.
- Alternatively, 5 years of experience covering the role of Electrical Engineer or electronic technician.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Sciences, or equivalent.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Specialized technical knowledge of drilling systems.
Additional details:
- Location: Worldwide Offshore, currently in Indonesia.
- Contract: 12 months with a rotation of 28/28 days.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Salary: £12,790 per month.
