Description of the role and key responsibilities: We are looking for a specialized Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join a VLGC (Very Large Gas Carrier) built in 2016, with a Deadweight Tonnage (DWT) of 54,630 and a MAN B&W 6G60ME-C9.2 engine. The contract is for 4 months +/- 1 month, and the salary will depend on the time within the range. Main duties include overseeing and installing electrical and electronic equipment, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of the ship’s systems.

Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience on gas carriers or tankers. Experience with ME engines. Must have GAS BASIC ENDORS certification. Preferable US visa. Experience working in mixed crews, with a good command of English. Positive feedback from previous employers.
