Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join the crew of a chemical/oil tanker operating within an international fleet. This is a temporary contract position offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to gain valuable experience on sophisticated tanker vessels.

Requirements

• Dutch Certificate of Competency (CoC) or recognised equivalent
• Good level of English
• Maximum age: 55 years
• Experience on chemical/oil tankers
• Availability to embark on 23.03.2026

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of vessel electrical and control systems
• Supervision of automation equipment and power systems
• Management of electrical safety systems and fire prevention
• Coordination with engine department for technical operations
• Compliance with tanker safety protocols (ISGOTT/OCIMF procedures)
