Position Overview

Ryan Ship Management Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Electronic Technical Officer (ETO) to work on a DP2 AHTS vessel in Saudi Arabia.

Technical Details

  • Location: Saudi Arabia / ARAMCO
  • Salary: USD 225 per day
  • Contract: 120 days
  • Vessel Type: DP2 AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply)
  • Required Documentation: STCW III/6 COC and DP maintenance certificate
  • Required Training: STCW III/6 certification and experience in DP maintenance

Requirements

The candidate must have at least 24 months of experience as an ETO on a DP2 AHTS vessel. Nationality must be from one of the following countries: Azerbaijan, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Egypt, Georgia, Honduras, India, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine, Indonesia, Chile, Ghana, Slovenia, South Africa, Cameroon.

Responsibilities

Typically, according to the international STCW convention, the duties of an Electronic Technical Officer (ETO) on a DP2 AHTS vessel include managing and maintaining the ship’s electronic systems, overseeing the safety of communication and navigation systems, and assisting in technical and engineering operations.
