Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) for an AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) DP2 vessel operating in Qatar on a Qatar Energy project. This is a temporary contract position with immediate start available.

Offer Details

  • Salary: 300 USD per day
  • Location: Qatar (operating on Qatar Energy project)
  • Contract: Temporary contract of 2-3 months
  • Vessel Type: AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) DP2

  • Required Training: Specific training as ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) with applicable maritime certifications

Requirements

  • Previous experience in DP maintenance
  • Demonstrable experience in the position within AHTS DP fleet
  • Preferably with approved BOSIET or FOET OPITO certifications
  • Approved H2S OPITO certification

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of electrical and DP (Dynamic Positioning) control systems on AHTS DP2
  • Supervision of electro-technical equipment on board
  • Collaboration in Qatar Energy project operations
