Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Engineer and Third Engineer in maintenance and operation of propulsion systems, electrical generation, auxiliary machinery, and control systems
- Participate in engine room watches
- Respond to emergencies as required
- Perform duties in accordance with STCW regulations
