Job description and key responsibilities: The position is for a Fourth Engineer on a container ship. Typical responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining propulsion systems and auxiliary machinery under the supervision of the Chief Engineer, as well as collaborating in the daily engine maintenance operations.
Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience in the role of Fourth Engineer on similar vessels. Maritime Engineering background or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of the MAN B&W engine model. Ability to work under supervision and in a team.
