Position and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a 2nd Officer to join a Bulk Carrier with a deadweight of 75,000 tonnes, built in 2013. Responsibilities include supervising loading and unloading, overseeing the deck team, and maintaining accurate navigation records, always following the ship’s guidelines and respecting maritime safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Prior experience as a 2nd Officer on Bulk Carrier ships. Higher diploma that can provide an additional bonus of £100 for every six months. Ability to work effectively with a mixed crew.
Additional Details:
Contract Duration: 6 months. Salary: £3,400-£4,000 monthly, with an additional £100 bonus for those with a higher diploma. The crew is mixed, promoting a multicultural environment.
