Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are looking for a 2nd Officer to join a general cargo vessel with a deadweight of 7900 tonnes. The anticipated start date is May 1, 2025. The responsibilities of the 2nd Officer include overseeing loading and unloading operations, managing the vessel’s safety, and assisting the First Officer in navigation and compliance with regulations.
Requirements and qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of two contracts of experience in the same rank on similar general cargo vessels. A stable maritime service is essential, as well as valid diplomas and certificates of work. Additionally, a good level of English is required.
Additional details: The contract is for a duration of four months. All candidates must be available to work exclusively in Ukraine.
