Description of Role and Key Functions:
- Chief Engineer (CE): Responsible for supervising and managing the efficient operation of engineering systems on board BC Capesize vessels.
- Second Engineer (2E): Supports the CE in daily tasks, ensuring the maintenance and operation of engineering equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience on BC Capesize vessels.
- Appropriate training and certification for the roles of CE and 2E.
- Residence within the European Union.
Additional Details:
- CE Salary: £8,000 per month + Reintegration Bonus of £500.
- 2E Salary: £6,000 per month + Reintegration Bonus of £300.
- Contract: 4 months with an option for an additional 1 month from the shipowner.
