Description of the role and key functions:
The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and efficient operation of all propulsion systems and machinery on board the container ship. This includes overseeing repairs, managing the technical team, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements and qualifications:
Citizenship of Ukraine, Georgia, European Union, or Turkey. Previous experience in similar positions on container ships. Competencies in team management and solving technical issues.
