- Citizenship of one of the following countries: Azerbaijan, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Egypt, Georgia, Honduras, India, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine, Indonesia, Chile, Ghana, Slovenia, South Africa, Cameroon
