Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are looking for a cook for a cargo ship (Bulker) with a deadweight tonnage (DWT) of 82,000, built in 2019. Responsibilities include preparing daily meals for the crew, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food quality, as well as efficiently managing kitchen supplies on board.
Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience in similar positions on cargo ships. Ability to work in a multicultural environment, especially with Ukrainian crew. Knowledge of food safety and inventory management.
Additional details: Start date: June 10, 2025. Contract duration: 4 months, with the possibility of a ±2 month extension. Employment type: Free contract.
