Description of Position and Key Responsibilities:
An opportunity is available for the position of Fourth Engineer on board a general cargo ship with a deadweight of 16500 tonnes, built in 2005. This role requires immediate incorporation in Sweden. The navigation area includes Northern Europe and Western Europe, with a mixed crew. Responsibilities will include maintenance and operation of the ship’s propulsion systems and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Mandatory Schengen Visa. Proficiency in English and professional knowledge in the maritime field. Previous experience on general cargo ships or bulk carriers.
Additional Details:
Salary: Between £3300 and £3500 per month. Contract Duration: 5 months.
