Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The 2nd Engineer will play critical roles in managing and maintaining the main engine and other engineering systems on board. Responsibilities include daily supervision of the operational status of all mechanical equipment and conducting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
Second Engineer’s License issued by a recognized authority. Previous experience on Bulk Carriers or similar vessels. Competence in operating and maintaining B&W engines. Demonstrated skills in teamwork and technical problem-solving.
