Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are looking to fill the position of 3rd Engineer on board a Bulk Carrier. The main responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining the propulsion system, as well as the auxiliary equipment of the vessel. The role requires ensuring the proper functioning of the MAN B&W main engine and related systems, ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of the ship.

Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience in similar positions on Bulk Carriers is required. Advanced technical knowledge of MAN B&W engines is desirable. Proper training in marine engineering and valid STCW certification are necessary for this position.

Additional details: The Bulk Carrier was built in 2012 and has a DWT of 180,000. The position offers a salary of £3900.
