Description of the position and key functions:
We are looking for a Captain for a 4300-ton Deadweight (DWT) Coaster. The main responsibilities include managing and supervising the mixed crew on board, ensuring compliance with navigation and safety regulations. Operations will be carried out in the North and Baltic Sea trading area. The captain will need to coordinate with the German owners to ensure efficient vessel operation.
Requirements and qualifications:
– Proven experience in commanding Coasters
– Knowledge of the North and Baltic Sea trading areas
– Ability to manage a multicultural crew
