Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for professionals for the following positions:

  • Chief Engineer: Responsible for the management and operation of all propulsion systems and machinery on board the ship. This role involves ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and coordinating the engineering staff.
  • Electro-technical Officer (ETO): Responsible for the maintenance and supervision of all electrical and electronic equipment on the ship, ensuring proper functioning.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous experience in similar positions on Bulker-type vessels. Technical training in line with the position (Chief Engineer and ETO certification according to current regulations). Competence in handling and maintaining ship machinery and electrical systems.

Additional Details:

  • Chief Engineer Salary: £7,000 monthly
  • Electro-technical Officer Salary: £4,500 monthly
  • 3-month contract
  • Embarkation expected for the end of February
