Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are looking for an Electrical Technical Officer (ETO) to work on a container carrier with a tonnage of 63,000, built in 2009. The responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of all electrical and electronic systems on board, ensuring the proper functioning of crucial equipment for navigation and the general operation of the ship.
Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience in a similar position on container carriers or other merchant ships is required. It is essential to have training in maritime-level electrical and electronic systems, as well as demonstrated skills in technical problem-solving and preventive maintenance.
