As the First Officer, your key responsibilities will include supervising the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and ensuring the safety of the crew and cargo. The vessel operates with a mixed crew, requiring strong intercultural communication skills.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience on Kamsarmax or Panamax type bulk carriers
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a mixed crew
- Solid knowledge of international navigation regulations
- Valid license and certifications for the position of First Officer
Additional Details:
- Joining Date: 1st April 2025
- Contract Duration: 6 months with a possibility of a 1-month extension
- Salary: 7500 USD per month
